Mike Slater was a successful businessman and philanthropist. His passion was helping people and doing what he could to improve the small town of Hope. To outsiders, he appeared to lead a charmed life. But Mike had a painful past he rarely talked about. For over fifty years his solution had always been to throw himself into his work. Lenora Sue Campbell was a fun-loving senior citizen who acted more like a young child than like someone in her early seventies. Having fun and enjoying life was more important than acting her age.
